SWIFTY OFF KEY?

Taylor Swift and Stevie Nicks

Our mate Swifty is getting some serious negative feedback from her Grammy performance with Stevie Nicks last Sunday. Apparently Swifty was having trouble with the volume in her ear, a technical hitch that made it hard for her to hear Stevie and the band. So naturally the critics watching are saying she was off key and can't perform.

Swity's record company CEO said "She is the voice of this generation. She speaks directly to (her fans), and they speak directly back to her. This is about a true artist and writer and communicator. It's not about that technically perfect performance."
The voice of this generation? Come off it man when Swifty is as successful as Stevie Nicks in 40 years time maybe then she's the voice of a generation, right now she's a new artist whose first album is huge. Like Stevie, let that happen a million more times and we can talk about it.
