Simon Cowell and Mezhgan Hussainy

Mezhgan Hussainy has announced that she and Simon Cowell are engaged. Mezhgan 36, and Simon 50, met on American Idol a few years ago when Simon was still in a relationship but when that ended they hooked up.

Mezhgan says she and Simon are living together and blissfully happy, and hinted the wedding will be sooner rather than later.
