SIMON AND PAULA BACK ON TV

Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell

I reported about a month ago that Simon Cowell will be leaving American Idol at the end of this season and today he officially announced it. Simon says he will be concentrating on the US version of The X-Factor and that he wants Paula Abdul on board as a judge.

Why Paula would do it is beyond me considering she just quit as a judge, but she's not doing much dancing these days, she's busy trying to flog her jewellery line, so she may need the cash. I also think these two should be more than collegues, I think they match perfectly and should hook up and become the next Captain and Tennille.
