Rebecca Gayheart pregnant and smoking

Actress Rebecca Gayheart wife of Eric Dane has confirmed she is pregnant. Gayheart tells In Touch Weekly, “I think Eric is going to be a wonderful dad, and hopefully I’ll be a good mom. We’re absolutely looking forward to it!”

Gayheart also told the mag she was trying to eat healthier and exercise as well. “I’m doing yoga, and I’m walking on the beach every day with my dogs for about an hour,” she says. “I drink lots of water and eat a lot of vegetables and protein.”
Problem is, Rebecca is deluded because she was seen smoking. How can she claim she will be a good mother when she's already abusing her unborn child? Does she care that her baby may be born with deformities? Can't Rebecca put her selfish needs aside for nine months, or is that just too much to ask? Clearly she does not understand the complexities of being a "good mother."

you know what? there are alot worse things out there she could be doing. and seriously, unless you actually do smoke, you will never know how hard it is to quit cold turkey.

Thanks for the comment.
I did quit smoking cold turkey in 2003. I felt so guilty about the poison I put into my body I could not in all good conscious keep doing it. And it was the easiest thing Ive ever done.
Don't make excuses for a lack of self respect. Smoking when pregnant is child abuse. Period.
