Notebook star Rachel McAdams refuses to buy a television because she does not want to become a couch potato. McAdams said "The problem for me is it's like my crack - 'Don't put cookies in the cupboard because you can't not have them all the time' - so I have a problem... I am amazingly in the dark sometimes."

I don't see what the problem is Rachel, I've watched tv day in and day out since I was a kid and look at how intellectual I am.
