Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner

As we all know Taylor Swift who also likes to be called "Swifty" and Taylor Lautner have been seen around town, some say dating, but the Taylor's have not confirmed it.
17 year old Taylor has been driving 19 year old Swifty around in his $100,000 Porsche and the two look very cosy and happy. When I was 17 I had a bus pass.

The other thing is there is an age gap here, Swifty being the old soul of the pair. Does this mean Swifty is a cougar? And if they have sex would that be statutory rape on Swifty's part? The plot thickens.
