Marilyn's home movie
A home movie of Marilyn Monroe smoking marijuana has been purchased by a collector after being kept hidden for 50 years.
The man who shot the movie (who wants to remain nameless) sold the footage to Keya Morgan for $275,000 the collector who is currently making a documentary on Marilyn's 1962 death from an accidental overdose.
The anonymous man who shot the movie said "I got it (the pot). It was mine. It was just passed around. It was not a party. It was just a get-together. You know, come over and hang out."
A copy of the film will be put up for auction on Ebay later this week if you're interested in watching Marilyn Monroe get high. I don't know why anyone would want to purchase silent footage but my guess is this could make a small fortune.
