Actor Shia Labeouf has been arrested for DUI adding another notch to his evergrowing criminal leather belt.
Labeouf ,21, hit another vehicle around 3am Sunday, the paramedics were called and he was taken to hospital.
Last November Shia was accused of drunken trespass but charges were dropped. He pleaded guilty to smoking in a prohibited area in Februaury and paid a $500 fine.

Shia says on his growing list of misdemeanors "There's nothing cool about getting arrested for stupid stuff at my age. But it keeps happening to me. I could pretend that I find it all highly amusing, but I'd be lying.
"It's deeply embarrassing. I decided a long time ago to stop doing stupid things, so clearly I've still got some work to do on myself. I'm not anonymous any more.
Thats right Shia your'e a star now but if you end up under house arrest anytime soon I will definitely come pay you a visit, and we won't be spying on the neighbours.
