IDOL BANS GAY TRASH TALK

With new judge Ellen DeGeneres about to start work on American Idol, the boss of the show has had a few words with Ryan Seacrest and Simon Cowell. The National Enquirer has reported that Idol producers have asked the two men to stop making jokes and slurs joking that the other is gay.

"With an openly gay woman coming on board, an effort is being made to make her feel welcome," a source told the Enquirer.
"Simon's been told, and to a lesser extent Ryan too, that the act is played out anyway, so no more ribbing each other about being gay. The Idol bosses don't want it."
I don't recall Ryan or Simon making such jabs at each other, but aren't they both gay anyway?
