UPDATE : The LA Coroners office may have to delay the release of Brittany Murphy's autopsy results as they need to track down all of the doctors who were treating her and prescribing her medication. It seems Brittany was suffering from severe anemia in the months leading up to her death and saw several doctors who gave her different medications. This means it looks like she did overdose as the doctors may have given her medications that did not mix without knowing, as Brittany did not inform them of her other prescriptions.
Brittany Murphy's husband Simon Monjack says he will file a wrongful death lawsuit against Warner Brothers for causing the heart attack that killed his wife. He claims Warner Brothers fired Brittany from the movie Happy Feet which caused her undue stress and her untimely death. Warner Brothers say that's impossible because they never hired Brittany therefore could not fire her. But is Monjack really getting revenge for the death of Brittany or is he cashing in?
Simon Monjack has a history of owing money and this may be the perfect way for this alleged gold digger to cash in. When Brittany married him she lost a lot of friends because they all hated Monjack and believed he was using her for her money and star power. He and Brittany's mother Sharon were again interviewed this week, both of them stating Brittany did not die from a drug overdose in fact she never took drugs because she was diagnosed with a heart condition and could not take them.
