Paris Hilton is stumped at where she will spend New Years Eve..........literally.
"I'm just figuring out, right now, what I'm doing for New Year's. I've had offers from all around the world -- Las Vegas, Macau, Hong Kong, Cabo, Australia, New York... It's a hard choice."
