Stacey Ferguson aka Fergie has told Elle magazine hows she controls herself with junk food.
"I'm not going to lie: There are times I play mind tricks on myself, like that the french fries are poison. With desserts, I'll let myself have just one bite, but I'll look like a freak when I'm eating it, like when I did Duncan Hines commercials as a kid, just savoring every morsel."

She didn't mention the fact she gets on the treadmill every day, on the steepest incline and climbs for up to an hour to get an ass like that. So that one bite of dessert really makes no difference. Hey she could have two.
