Fergie

Fergie, aka Stacy Ann Ferguson will be joining the cast of movie musical Nine playing a prostitute. Fergie is thrilled to be a part of the production, and this will be her first major movie role.
Fergie says of her character "She's basically a prostitute on the beach. She introduces him to the world of sexuality. It's a very strong song. I'm just thrilled I get to play a character. I'm singing, but I'm not singing as myself. I'm going to be singing as a character, and that's what's really exciting to me."

Him, is Daniel Day-Lewis with whom Fergie sings the duet "Be Italian" and Fergie is in great company. The cast includes some superstars, Marion Cotillard, Penelope Cruz, Nicole Kidman, Judi Dench and Kate Hudson. The movie will be directed by Rob Marshall and shooting starts in London in October. I wonder if Fergie will visit London Bridge?
