Nicole and Joel with baby Harlow

Joel Madden has announced he and long time love not to mention his baby's mama Nicole Richie are engaged. "Yep. i'm engaged. Very happy. Yeah we've been engaged for a while so your all kind of late on that. But Thanks for the hooplah all the same," Madden wrote on his Twitter. I wonder how long it will take for them to get hitched, they have two kids why bother now?
