DAKOTA MOVES TO THE DARK SIDE

Dakota Fanning has spoken about her role as Jane in New Moon. The young actress said "The highlight of playing Jane was getting to wear the costume and the red contact lenses and to play an evil character," she revealed at the recent "Moon" junket. "I think red eyes make everyone look very evil." Yes especially after a night out drinking.

I wonder if this will be a telling role for the 15 year old star, will it move her into more adult roles?
Few child actors have had success as adult actors, one hopes Dakota will not have permanent red eyes when shes 18, alcoholic and washed up. Only time will tell.
