COWELL LEAVING IDOL

Simon Cowell will leave American Idol when his contract is up in May 2010.
"A press statement is being prepared which will confirm what everyone expected -- Simon will leave 'Idol' at the end of 2010 to concentrate on bringing the American version of 'The X Factor' to US TV in 2011," Tony Cowell, Simon's brother claimed, according to Britain's Sun newspaper.

This is too bad, coz the main reason I watched Idol was to perve on Simon who I happen to think is smoking hot. I realize some of you are gagging right now, but cmon he's 50 years old, you have to admit as annoying as he may be, he is a hot guy.
