COLIN FIRTH'S WIDE GIRTH

Actor Colin Firth who starred in Bridget Jones Diary has been working his butt off in the gym after the director of his latest film told he he was a chubby bunny.
While filming The Single Man director Tom Ford had some quiet words with Colin. "He told me I looked good, but I'd look better if I had a personal trainer," Firth said in an interview.

But it seems we have a game of chinese whispers here because Tom Ford's recollection of
the conversation went a bit differently. "I told him he was fat," Ford recalled later.
Colin may be trim, taught, and terrific now, but still cannot be classed as a hottie. No amount of work will make that happen.
