Michael Cera star of Juno recently voluntarily attended a meditation retreat where he was not allowed to speak. He says, "It's really interesting. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be, not talking for 10 days. I would catch myself mumbling to myself. Somebody talked to me on the third day. He had to leave, he couldn't handle it."
Michael you could have done the same thing for free. Just lock yourself in a room with big mouth BFF's Kathy Griffin and Joan Rivers, you wont get a word in and you'll get some serious comic skills that you can take into your next movie. After Superbad, which by the way was super bad, you need all the help you can get.
