Brittany Murphy's will has been released and her mother Sharon is the sole recipient. In a handwritten will Brittany left everything to her mother deliberately discluding hubby Simon Monjack who says that was his idea.
Simon Monjack has returned all monies raised for the Brittany Murphy Foundation after complaints he is a crook.
TMZ are reporting that there were over 100 pills missing from a prescription bottle in Brittany's house and that she must have taken them but Simon claims the prescription was Sharons, and I thought I read she is suing TMZ or something along those lines.
Simon will attend the Academy Awards next week after the Academy invited him, its all a mystery why, but may have something to do with the remembrance every year of the great artists who passed away.
The official Brittany autopsy results have been formally released and state she died from pneumonia and anemia, with some over the counter drugs found in her body but pneumonia listed as the major influence in her passing.
Simon and Sharon are now moving to New York to start fresh, and move on with their lives.
It makes me sad as I write this because I realize this is closure, and most likely the last time I will have the pleasure of writing about Brittany Murphy although the circumstances are horrible.
It will come as no surprise to you that with Brittany the choice is endless. Never before have I been so overwhelmed with so many gorgeous photos of a girl who sparkled.
I'm so sorry that's all we have now, its such a loss, so sad, so unnecessary and so final.
