BRITTANY MURPHY AUTOPSY RESULTS COMPLETE

Brittany Murphy's autopsy results are complete the LA coroner says she died of pneumonia, anemia and "multiple drug intoxication." The drugs were a mix of prescription and over the counter no illegal drugs were found in her body. The report says her death was an accident caused by drug intake. The coroner said Brittany's death was "preventable" had she of just seen a doctor for the cold she was fighting days before her death. Brittany collapsed in her bathroom on December 20th and died, she was 32 years old.

The autopsy results of Johnson and Johnson heiress Casey Johnson are also complete and show she died from diabetic ketoacidosis a complication with her diabetes which causes an absolute shortage of insulin. There was a lot of speculation Casey died from an overdoes but the autopsy shows natural causes.
