ACTRESSES IN LINGERIE

Why is Olivia Wilde posing like this in Elle magazine? Admittedly shes not a household name yet and needs some exposure but still I'm constantly asking why is it that actresses feel the need to pose in lingerie and bikinis?
To be a successful actress the public cannot really know you, there must be an element of mystery for you to be able to play many roles. An example is Jennifer Aniston whose life is so public cos she wont shut her mouth that she always plays Rachel Green just in a different movie.

Actresses need to decide if they want to be taken seriously as artists or be page three girls. Posing in provocative positions, and being overtly sexual does not a great actress make. Make up your mind ladies, you want to be Garbo or garbage.
